Mallorca - The Best Place to buy

By Last polls, a fall in Spanish house prices will be deeper and last longer than previously forecast.
However, the Mallorcan house market keep to be stable, especial Vacational properties!!!
 Beautiful Island, with its mountains in the north and secluded coves to the white sands of the south and east coast. Here you can find a relaxed Finca (rural mansion) in the middle of island, enjoying the silence in your garden of Orange and Lemon trees combined with high Palm trees.  
If you buy an investment property (buy to let) within a complex follow the golden rule...Location, Location, Location.
Assuming that you follow this rule, you will look within an area which offers great facilities and amenities, beaches, shops, supermarkets, golf courses, parks for the kids, that sort of thing.
 Anyway, buying property in Spain can be a risky business if you are not informed. Do not take unnecessary risks and only deal with trusted professionals.
