From the moment you enter this establishment, quality exudes and throughout the dining experience, it never disappoints. The current owners have been running this restaurant successfully for the past seven years with the owner having the 'front of house' role, and the only reason for sale is that he wishes to semi-retire.
The fully air-conditioned restaurant has around 30 tables, which seat from 2 to 10 persons and are distributed throughout, with a capacity of around 150 covers. On entering through the terrace, one finds a beautiful relaxed atmosphere in the lounge area in which you can enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail on sumptuous furnishings.
For the practical side of owning a business such as this, the current owner has thought of everything. To this end, there is an immaculate storage room, which hides a similar sized basement below; all is airconditioned to keep the stock at a regular temperature. This thoughtfulness continues into the working part of the business - the kitchen. This has a fantastic range of equipment; stainless steel cookers, planchas, worktops, storage cupboards, pizza oven, freezers and, indeed, everything a top class chef would require to produce food to a high standard. To the rear, there are also lavishly appointed washrooms.
The restaurant opens every day from midday and the current owner has indicated that he is available to run the business on a part time basis for the new owner.
